Derek is dressed up as a news reporter and is trying to interview people on the streets while Tom is behind them messing around. He yells out stuff like "Backstreet Boys rock!!!" and he even takes this one guy's hat. It's kinda like a cowboy hat and he put's it on while yelling "Woohoo look i'm a cowboy!!!". Then Tom shoves his finger up some guy's nose and just leaves it there for a pretty long time.
