Tom is shopping for a new house. He goes to this one couple's house and just starts throwing their chairs off the balcony. Then he gets them to join him in a chugging contest and gets them kinda drunk. He puts on some loud Indian music and gets them to dance and chant with him. It's really fun shopping for houses.
