Tom is dressed in an army green camouflage. He hides in bushes and yells out at people on the sidewalk with his bullhorn. Then he follows some girl wearing tight pants and starts singing "you're wearing tight pants, tight pants, and you're walking down the street". Then Tom bothers a girl while she's trying to make a phone call. He just goes up to her and starts singing "you're on the telephone, you're on the telephone, you can't see me 'cause i'm wearing camouflage".
