Mustard Inspector
Tom is dressed up as a mustard inspector. He goes to a store to make sure that their mustard is properly stored, safely sealed, and deliciously packaged. Tom tests out the mustard by pouring a huge amount of it into his mouth until it is overflowing. He then proceeds to rub it all over his face and neck.
