Tom goes into a store, picks up one of those intercom telephones where you can hear your voice throughout the whole store, and starts asking for his mum. An employee comes and tells him to turn the camera off and to leave the store. So Tom leaves but goes into another store where he is again asked to leave. Tom tries to explain that it wasn't him but another guy who looked exactly like him. So he goes to another phone, picks it up, and starts talking to some lady. A guy comes and tells him that he's not allowed on the PA system and Tom acts as if he didn't know that. The guy wants Tom to come with him to his office, but Tom wants to leave the store. He's trying to leave, but the guy is trying to block the exit. So Tom just finally decides to go with him, but they didn't get very far because Tom unexpectedly turns and runs away.
