Tom is carrying a bright light bulb with him and he is interviewing a man who is having a hard time speaking and understanding english. Tom tells the man that his favorite show is the Tom Green Show. The man tries to tell Tom what show he likes, but Tom keeps insisting that it's the Tom Green Show. He doesn't understand what the Tom Green Show is, so Tom confuses him even more by saying "the tangerine show" or "corn on the cob". Tom gives him the light bulb but he doesn't want to take it because he doesn't understand what the hell's going on. The man puts the light bulb on the ground and Tom starts freakin' out.
