Tom goes to a store that does not accept any bills over $20 and tries to buy a watch band which costs $5 with a $100 bill. He realizes that he should pay with something smaller so he takes his loaded sack of pennies and pours it all over the counter. Then he goes to another store and wants to buy a pussy cat keychain for $3 using a $100 bill. But the guy doesn't have change for it so he sends Tom next door to get some change. So Tom goes over next door to get change. He dumps his pennies all over the counter saying that all he needs is a $5 bill. The guy at the bar gets pissed at Tom for making a mess. He tells Tom to clean it up and get out of there. He also tries to break the camera. So Tom goes back next door to the other store and tries to explain to the guy what happened and he pours the pennies all over his counter. The guy gets pissed and tells him that he showed no intelligence at all. Tom starts hitting himself saying that he was stupid, but the guy wants him out of there so he just decides to give Tom the keychain.
